- Have played competitive softball at the high school, and/or collegiate level.
- Teaching credential is highly preferred but not necessary.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Must be able to work collaboratively with the other athletic department coaches
- Must be able to communicate with parents, staff members, and other coaches

- Work with the Logan administrators and athletic director to develop the growth of the football program.
- Serve as the lead in overall planning and execution of the football program including staffing, fundraising, scheduling, academic leadership and recruiting.
- Manage and lead the coaching staff and hold them accountable to comply with NHUSD policy.
- Adhere to all MVAL, NCS, and CIF rules and bylaws
- Planning and organizing team practice sessions for all levels.
- Ability to coach team members both individually and in groups
- Develop and maintain the discipline and conduct of student-athletes to support the culture of the school and athletic program.
- Build a positive relationship with all of the members of the Logan community including the student-athletes, administration, staff, parents, and alumni.
- Be a mentor and foster the development of the student-athletes. Comments and Other Information Responsibilities
