  • Previous coaching experience at a high school or college level prefered
  • Have played competitive softball at the high school, and/or collegiate level.
  • Teaching credential is highly preferred but not necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with the other athletic department coaches
  • Must be able to communicate with parents, staff members, and other coaches

  • Serve as the lead in overall planning and execution of the football program including staffing, fundraising, scheduling, academic leadership and recruiting.
  • Manage and lead the coaching staff and hold them accountable to comply with NHUSD policy.
  • Adhere to all MVAL, NCS, and CIF rules and bylaws
  • Planning and organizing team practice sessions for all levels.
  • Ability to coach team members both individually and in groups
  • Develop and maintain the discipline and conduct of student-athletes to support the culture of the school and athletic program.
  • Build a positive relationship with all of the members of the Logan community including the student-athletes, administration, staff, parents, and alumni.
  • Be a mentor and foster the development of the student-athletes. Comments and Other Information Responsibilities
