Tennis Coach

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Tennis Coach to inspire competitive junior players to reach their full potential on the court. As a Tennis Coach, you will lead engaging training sessions, develop personalized coaching plans, and foster a positive environment that promotes skill development, sportsmanship, and confidence. Your enthusiasm for tennis and dedication to teaching will help create a vibrant community centered around tennis excellence and enjoyment. Duties Design and deliver dynamic tennis training programs tailored to individual and group needs, focusing on technique, strategy, and fitness. Conduct coaching sessions for players of various ages, from beginners to advanced competitors, ensuring safety and proper technique. Monitor player progress through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance. Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive behavior among participants while managing group dynamics effectively. Organize and oversee tennis drills, matches, tournaments, and special events to encourage participation and friendly competition. Maintain equipment, court safety standards, and ensure the cleanliness of the training area at all times. Collaborate and communicate effectively with the Director of Tennis Qualifications Proven experience as a tennis coach. Strong background as either a former College or Pro player. Experience working with children or students in a clinic setting. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster discipline and motivation during training sessions. Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and adapt coaching methods for diverse age groups and levels.

Pay:

$30.00 - $50.00 per hour
