Full Job Description Overall Job Description:
As a Next Level Soccer Camps Coach (Nike Soccer Camps), you will be responsible for leading, instructing, and inspiring youth athletes in a fun, safe, and engaging environment. You will plan and run daily soccer drills, scrimmages, and skill-building activities while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and a love for the game. Coaches are expected to serve as positive role models and ensure each camper has an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment of camp athletes from the local community Set up/Take Down the fields every day Lead and assist in daily soccer training sessions tailored to campers' age and skill levels Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning and growth Assess players' performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve Promote teamwork, discipline, and respect among players during the camp Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers during activities Collaborate with fellow coaches to plan and execute engaging drills and games
Requirements:
Previous experience coaching youth soccer players (ages 5-14 preferred). Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals, rules, and player development. Ability to create a positive, safe, and engaging environment for children. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to pass a background check. Availability to work camp sessions, including mornings and afternoons as needed.
Pay:
$450.00
