Gymnastics Coach Arbor Gymnastics Boulder, CO Job Details Part-time $20 - $30 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Behavior management Teamwork Gymnastics Cheerleading Camp Full Job Description Part-Time Gymnastics Coach Arbor Gymnastics - Gunbarrel / North Boulder Arbor Gymnastics is a small, boutique gymnastics studio for babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and young children. We focus on movement, confidence, skill-building, and fun in a warm, welcoming environment with small class sizes and a strong sense of community. We are currently looking to hire a coach starting in July to train and prepare for our upcoming school-year season beginning in August. We're looking for someone who: Has experience coaching preschool gymnastics as well as beginner and intermediate gymnasts Is confident leading groups of children while keeping classes fun, structured, and engaging Is comfortable helping create lesson plans, progressions, and skill-based stations Has strong classroom management skills Brings a positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude This could be a great fit for someone with experience in: Gymnastics coaching Early childhood education Camps or youth programming Dance, cheer, movement, or child development Responsibilities include: Leading and assisting gymnastics classes Creating a positive and encouraging class environment Helping build lesson plans and weekly themes Teaching proper gymnastics fundamentals and skill progressions Maintaining a clean and safe gym environment Communicating warmly with families and children Arbor Gymnastics is a fun, creative place to work with supportive families, small classes, and an emphasis on connection and child development.
