$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Job description: Entry Level Gymnastics Coach Castle Rock, CO | $17-$22/hr | Part-Time (3+ days/wk) | Growth to Full-Time About Us Castle Rock Gymnastics is more than a gym — we're a community. Our mission is to help kids build confidence, strength, and life skills through gymnastics, parkour, and tumbling. We're looking for high-energy, kind, and creative coaches who love working with kids (no gymnastics experience required — we will train you!). What You'll Do Teach beginner gymnastics to ages 3-12. Instruct on vault, bars, beam, floor, and trampoline using step-by-step progressions. Keep classes fun, safe, and well-organized. Encourage every child with positive feedback. Help with events like Birthday Parties, Open Gyms, and Parent's Night Out. What We're Looking For Experience working with kids is preferred (teaching, coaching, or childcare). Friendly, upbeat personality with patience and enthusiasm. Able to stand for up to 3 hours and lift 30 lbs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. What qualities do you believe makes for a great coach for preschool or recreational-level gymnasts? Coaching shifts are primarily Monday-Thursday 4:15p-8p, Friday 4:15p-6:45p, and Saturdays 9:15a-12:30p in addition to some available morning classes and special events. How many hours a week and which days would you be interested in working?
