As a coach, you'll be at the heart of the fun—guiding young athletes, celebrating their wins, and helping them discover just how capable they are. Available Coaching Roles Preschool Coach (ages 3-5) Recreational Coach (ages 6-12) Advanced Recreational Coach Tumbling Coach (all levels) Party Host (weekends) What You'll Do Lead safe, fun, and well-structured classes that keep kids engaged and progressing Teach gymnastics and tumbling skills with clear progressions tailored to each age group Create an encouraging atmosphere where every child feels supported and excited to learn Communicate warmly and professionally with parents and fellow team members Help with gym setup, cleanup, and keeping our space welcoming and organized Pay & Benefits Flexible part-time hours with clear paths to full-time opportunities Competitive starting pay based on experience :

Entry-level:

Minimum wage + structured raises after training Experienced coaches: $17/hour and up Weekend premium: +$3/hour on Saturdays & Sundays Paid training and ongoing mentorship Employee discounts IRA matching Health insurance eligibility for full-time team members What We're Looking For A genuine love for working with kids and creating positive experiences High energy, reliability, and strong team spirit Excellent communication skills with both children and parents Patience and the ability to stay upbeat in a lively, fast-paced environment A growth mindset and eagerness to develop as a coach Requirements Clean background check 3 professional references Preferred (Not Required): Experience in gymnastics, cheer, dance, martial arts, childcare, summer camps, or teaching.
