Open Leadership Roles Advanced/Optional DP Coach — Guide talented athletes through complex, creative routines and help them dominate at the highest levels. Xcel Team Coach — Inspire and elevate Xcel gymnasts (Bronze through Diamond) to deliver standout performances and achieve podium success. Compulsory DP Coach — Master the fundamentals, build rock-solid technique, and instill precision in our compulsory athletes. Competitive Compensation & Benefits Flexible Scheduling — Part-time or full-time options with clear pathways for growth. Competitive Pay (based on experience and role):

Compulsory & Xcel Coaches:

$17-$22 per hour

Optional DP Coaches:

$20-$28 per hour Long-term commitment — Minimum 18-month dedication to support program stability and athlete development.
