Are you a club soccer coach looking to make an impact during your afternoon downtime? Graland Country Day School is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable Soccer Co-Coach who loves the game and thrives on teaching fundamentals, strategy, and sportsmanship. This position fits perfectly into a club coach's schedule, wrapping up well before evening club practices begin.
Primary Responsibilities Lead & Inspire:
Co-lead daily practices and manage approximately 9 competitive matches, fostering a competitive yet supportive team culture. Build the
Foundation:
Teach core technical skills, tactical awareness, and the rules of the game to enthusiastic middle school athletes.
Drive Team Unity:
Safely transport the squad to away games in a school-provided 14-passenger bus (standard driver's license required; CDL is a plus but not required!).
Qualifications The Experienced Mentor:
You have a proven track record working with middle school-aged youth and a deep background in soccer instruction (club, collegiate, or high school coaching experience preferred).
