We teach children ages 6 months and up essential water safety skills through 1-on-1 weekly lessons, and we're growing fast! We're looking for passionate, energetic people who love working with kids and are ready to make a real impact. No formal swim teaching experience required . We train the right people from the ground up. What You'll Do Lead private 20-minute, 1-on-1 swim lessons for children ages 6 months and up Build trust and rapport with both swimmers and their families Track each child's progress and communicate regularly with parents Uphold water safety standards and create a fun, supportive lesson environment What We're Looking For 18 years or older Comfortable and confident in the water Natural with kids, patient, playful, and encouraging Reliable and consistent (our families count on you!) Available weekday afternoons and/or weekends CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain You Might Be a Great Fit If You... Have a background in camp counseling, youth sports coaching, babysitting, or childcare Are studying education, kinesiology, child development, or a related field Are a lifeguard or current swim instructor looking for something more rewarding Simply love kids and want a job that actually matters Schedule & Pay $30/hour starting pay 10-25 hours per week depending on availability Weekday afternoons and weekends Why Squid Squad?
