The skills you teach stick with these kids forever. We invest in our instructors from day one. You'll go through full paid training and receive ongoing coaching so you're never thrown in the deep end without support (pun intended). Your schedule stays consistent and predictable week to week, so this role actually fits around your life, not the other way around. And here's the bigger picture: Squid Squad is opening its own dedicated facility in 2027! We're not just hiring instructors, we're building a team!
