Xcel Gymnastics Coach

Job Overview Gymtegrity is looking for an experienced, positive, and professional Xcel Gymnastics Coach to join our growing team in Denver. This is not a "stand on the floor and cover rotations" coaching role. We are looking for someone who wants to help athletes improve, build confidence, compete successfully, and be part of a gym that is serious about doing things the right way. Our Xcel program is growing, and we are looking for a coach who can bring energy, structure, technical knowledge, and strong communication to the gym every day.

Duties Responsibilities include:

Coaching Xcel practices with energy, structure, and professionalism. Developing athletes safely and progressively across all events. Supporting competition preparation and meet readiness Helping athletes build confidence, discipline, and a love for the sport. Working collaboratively with the Xcel Director and coaching team. Communicating clearly and professionally with staff and leadership. Maintaining a safe, organized, and positive training environment. Qualifications The ideal candidate has gymnastics coaching experience, understands the Xcel program, and genuinely enjoys developing athletes. We are looking for someone who is reliable, coachable, positive, and committed to high standards.

Strong candidates will have:

Experience coaching Xcel or competitive gymnastics Knowledge of proper progressions and safe skill development Strong spotting and event coaching ability A positive but disciplined coaching style Good communication skills with athletes, parents, and staff Reliability, professionalism, and strong follow-through A desire to be part of a growing, high-quality program

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
