Level 3 Boys Soccer Coach Golden High School

The Golden High School Soccer Program is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Level 3 Boys Soccer Coach to support player development and contribute to a competitive high school program. Our coaching staff emphasizes the development of well-rounded individuals through the sport, focusing on both athletic skills and life lessons. We strive on fostering teamwork, discipline, sportsmanship, and a healthy lifestyle. While winning is a goal, it's not the sole measure of success; player development and the acquisition of valuable life skills are equally important both on and off the pitch. Responsibilities Lead the planning and running of Level 3 training sessions with a focus on advanced technical and tactical development to support growth in program Lead match-day coaching, including player management and in-game adjustments Develop players' understanding of positioning, systems of play, and decision-making Provide constructive feedback to support individual and team growth Promote a positive, disciplined, and team-first culture Communicate effectively with players, upper level coaching staff, and program leadership Qualifications Strong upper-level soccer knowledge, Previous coaching experience with high school, club, or competitive level. Understanding of various formations, tactics, and player development principles Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work within a program-oriented coaching staff Preferred Experience in a high school soccer program Ability to support a large roster environment and manage player roles effectively Pay Pay is stipend based and will be determined base on high school coaching experience.

$1.00 - $4,000.00 per year Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
