POSITION VISION
As a Sparks Site Coordinator & Trainer, your goal is to introduce players, boys and girls ages 3-5 years old, who want to discover the joys of soccer and initiate them in its practices. We work with parent volunteers to coordinate sessions and promote player's love for the game and fundamentals! Sessions are 50 minutes long, you should arrive ~15 minutes beforehand and you will be given a session plan to run for each individual "practice" with the support of parent volunteers.

JOB FUNCTIONS
Player Experience Promote learning through play. Promote a sporting education based on respect and fair play from the youngest age. Encourage a spirit based on the enjoyment of playing. Foster a safe environment for players and spectators. Focus on each player's physical, social, cognitive, and emotional development. Employ guided discovery with their players and teams on the soccer field. This process allows players an opportunity to be creative and actively participate in each new skill presented. It also allows the players to ask questions and practice making appropriate choices.

Job Type:
Contract. Pay starts at 25$ an hour, rising based on qualifications. The contractor is not an employee of the Club and, therefore, not entitled to workers' compensation insurance or benefits in connection with the services performed under this agreement. The contractor must pay all federal and state income tax due on any money paid under this agreement. Pay is commensurate with experience for compensation.
