This energetic leader will be responsible for developing athletes' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of coaching experience, a strong background in sports and physical education, and a genuine enthusiasm for nurturing young talent. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on student-athletes while promoting healthy lifestyles and sportsmanship. Duties Plan, organize, and execute training sessions and game strategies for the JV Volleyball team. Foster a positive team culture by encouraging teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among student-athletes. Monitor athlete progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their development. Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during practices and competitions, including lifeguard standards when applicable. Manage behavior and resolve conflicts effectively to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other coaches to coordinate schedules, events, and athlete development plans. Skills Proven coaching experience in volleyball with a focus on developing young athletes. Strong background in volleyball coaching techniques. Excellent teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate students of all ages. Knowledge of behavior management strategies to foster discipline and positive conduct among students. Ability to plan age-appropriate training programs that balance skill development with fun and safety.
