This energetic leader will be responsible for developing athletes' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive sporting environment. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of coaching experience, a strong background in sports and physical education, and a genuine enthusiasm for nurturing young talent. Duties Plan, organize, and execute training sessions and game strategies for the JV Volleyball team. Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed during practices and competitions, including lifeguard standards when applicable. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other coaches to coordinate schedules, events, and athlete development plans. Skills Proven coaching experience in volleyball with a focus on developing young athletes. Strong background in volleyball coaching techniques.
