Full Job Description Pay:

Dependent on Experience Additional paid opportunities running youth camps, clinics, open gyms throughout the year.

Head Coach Qualifications:

Minimum of 1•2 years of volleyball coaching experience at the club or high school level Passionate about the sport and training youth players to be the best athletes they can be Ability to collaborate with other coaches on a regular basis Be able to pass a USAV background screening, attend required training and complete required certifications

Responsibilities:

Run 2 practices a week November•April Attend approximately 10 scheduled one day and multi-day tournaments from January•April Travel with team to out of state tournaments (varies by team) Be involved in regular training sessions with the coaching staff to create practice plans and share ideas Ensure all athletes are training to their true potential and abiding by all club rules and policies. We accomplish this through regular body and mindset conditioning. Prime athletes will build strong bodies and minds giving them the endurance and confidence to compete and push themselves out of their comfort zone. ​Prime Volleyball Academy builds an atmosphere where all players are welcome and encouraged by their teammates to be the best version of themselves. In addition to training we host club-wide events and encourage regular team building events.
