Job Description

American Legacy Academy is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our school as the Head Coach for our Middle School Cross Country team.
Duties:
Developing practice plans that are effective and adapt to the available practice areas American Legacy Academy is dedicated to developing our students around our virtues Citizenship, Integrity, Truth, Perseverance, Responsibility, Self-Control, Friendship, Respect. Work with students to develop fundamental long distance running skills and techniques. communicate with parents and students, providing updates on progress, upcoming events, and other relevant information. You must be available to conduct practices three days a week from 3:00 - 5:30. Coaching experience is preferred, but it is not required. We are seeking to hire a person that is passionate about their sport, communicative with players and parents, and eager to foster a culture that aligns with our virtues. Coaches will be compensated with a stipend at the end of the season. Stipends are based on coaching position.
