Job Description

Job Summary The CREC Academy of International Studies is seeking an energetic and dedicated Head High School Girls Volleyball Coach to lead and inspire our student-athletes. This pivotal role involves developing competitive volleyball teams, fostering teamwork, and promoting sportsmanship among young women. The coach will be responsible for planning practices, guiding game strategies, and mentoring students both on and off the court. A passion for empowering youth through sports and a commitment to excellence are essential to thrive in this dynamic position. Responsibilities Lead the training, and development of high school girls volleyball teams, ensuring a positive and inclusive team environment. Design comprehensive practice plans that improve skills, teamwork, and game tactics aligned with school standards. Develop game strategies, analyze team performance, and make real-time decisions during matches to maximize team success. Foster a culture of sportsmanship, discipline, and respect among players, staff, and spectators. Collaborate with school staff to coordinate schedules, communicate team progress, and support student-athletes' academic responsibilities. Monitor player safety during practices and games; implement injury prevention techniques and respond appropriately to emergencies. Qualifications Strong understanding of behavior management techniques to motivate students and maintain discipline on and off the court. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with high school students, fostering their growth both athletically and personally. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate young athletes while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Pay:
$6,000.00 - $7,000.00 per year
