• Camps & Training Programs Part-Time / Seasonal | Summer 2026 Love soccer? Love working with kids? Want to spend your summer outside coaching the game you enjoy? Soccer XS is hiring energetic and reliable coaches for our Summer Camp and Training Programs across Connecticut. This is a great opportunity for:
• College soccer players home for the summer
• Teachers and school staff on summer break
• Experienced youth soccer coaches
• Former players looking to get into coaching
• Coaches wanting extra daytime and evening hours Summer Coaching Schedule We are specifically looking for coaches with daytime availability for summer camps:

• Half-Day Camps:

  9:00am-12:00pm

• Afternoon Camps:

  12:00pm-3:00pm

• Full-Day Camps:

  9:00am-3:00pm

• Evening Training Programs:

  6:00pm-8:00pm Flexible scheduling available based on your availability. What You'll Do
• Coach and engage players ages 4-15
• Deliver fun, organized, age-appropriate soccer sessions
• Create a positive learning environment
• Lead games, activities, and skill development exercises
• Represent Soccer XS with professionalism and energy
• Help players build confidence, love the game, and improve What We're Looking For
• Passion for soccer and working with children
• Positive, enthusiastic personality
• Reliable transportation (your own car)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Previous experience working with kids or coaching sports
• Soccer playing or coaching background preferred Coaching licenses (USSF/USC) are a bonus, but not required. If you're new to coaching but have soccer experience, we'll help you get started and support your development. Why Coach With Soccer XS? Competitive Pay
