This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in military operations, intelligence, and specialized combat skills to prepare individuals for real-world challenges. As a key contributor, you will design engaging curriculum, deliver hands-on instruction, and foster a culture of excellence and resilience among trainees. Your work will directly impact the readiness and effectiveness of military teams operating in complex environments worldwide. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive training programs focused on combat skills, electronic warfare, and intelligence operations tailored to diverse military scenarios Deliver engaging classroom instruction and practical exercises to enhance trainees' proficiency in special operations, signals intelligence, and counterintelligence techniques Design and update curriculum materials to reflect current best practices, emerging threats, and technological advancements in military intelligence and operations Assess trainee performance through evaluations, feedback sessions, and practical demonstrations to ensure mastery of skills Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate intelligence analysis, all-source intelligence synthesis, and intelligence targeting into training modules Support exercise planning by coordinating realistic scenarios that challenge trainees' strategic thinking and operational execution Maintain detailed records of training activities, trainee progress, and curriculum development efforts to ensure continuous improvement Experience Extensive military experience with a focus on combat skills, special operations, or intelligence disciplines such as electronic warfare or signals intelligence Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training curricula within a classroom or field environment Demonstrated expertise in military operations planning, execution, and assessment Strong background in intelligence community functions including all-source analysis, counterintelligence strategies, and military intelligence methodologies Experience working with DoD (Department of Defense) systems and procedures is highly desirable Prior involvement in exercise planning or operational training exercises that simulate real-world scenarios Teaching or instructional experience with a focus on curriculum development is preferred Join us to empower the next generation of military professionals through innovative training that combines tactical excellence with cutting-edge intelligence techniques.
