We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Coaches to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of our students. Position Summary As a Learning Coach at Eardley Education Solutions, you will play a crucial role in providing research-based, multisensory interventions for reading, comprehension, executive functioning and math to our students. You will work with students in a one-on-one or small group setting, implementing custom-created lesson plans designed by our Student Success Coordinators to promote growth in these skills. These lessons may be delivered in-person at one of our learning hubs or virtually through our platform, Lessonspace. Training is provided and travel between students is reimbursable. Key Responsibilities

• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement and confidence.
• Track and monitor student progress and communicate with instructional leaders, the student's and parents or guardians as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of learning sessions and student performance.
• Some travel within Miami-Dade County may be required. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute in Miami-Dade
• Full or part-time availability; weekend availability preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different learning styles.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and creating a safe learning environment.
