All lessons are held in one private, beautifully maintained East Boca location, in a warm, saltwater, temperature-controlled pool—creating a consistent and elevated teaching experience for both instructors and families. About the Role As an instructor, you will play an important role in shaping confident, capable swimmers. Our program goes beyond basic swim skills—we focus on building trust, strong technique, and real-life water safety in a structured, supportive setting. Each lesson follows a thoughtful routine, allowing instructors to teach with clarity, consistency, and purpose.
