This position offers the rare combination of meaningful work, a supportive team environment, and a consistent schedule — all in one beautiful, private location in East Boca. Lessons are taught in a warm, saltwater, temperature-controlled pool, allowing instructors to focus fully on teaching without the stress of travel or multiple sites. About the Role As an instructor, you'll play an important part in helping children build confidence, develop strong swimming foundations, and gain essential water-safety skills.
