We are looking for reliable, energetic coaches who are excited to work with children ages 2 to 8 and are looking for a consistent opportunity with growth potential within a strong, supportive team. This position is starting immediately for our summer schedule, with the opportunity to continue into the fall season for coaches who demonstrate consistency and strong performance.

What You'll Do:

Lead fun, structured soccer sessions for children ages 2-8. Sessions vary between 30-60 minutes depending on the age level. We provide all equipment and curriculum materials necessary. Create a positive, high-energy environment (yes, you need to be silly!) Manage groups of 8-15 children independently or with an assistant coach Communicate with families and directors professionally Arrive on time and prepared for every session

Schedule & Availability:

Weekday mornings & afternoons (camps and school programs) Evening park programs Weekend morning sessions Availability will vary based on your schedule , but consistency in the sessions you are assigned is required Coaches typically work 10-25+ sessions per week depending on availability and performance

Compensation:

$25-$35+ per session Gas stipend opportunities available depending on location and number of sessions coached per week Opportunities to take on additional sessions based on performance and reliability

Training & Program Approach:

Soccer experience is not required, we provide a complete training program, all curriculum, and ongoing support to help you succeed. Our program is introductory and non-competitive , focused on: Fun, game-based learning Building confidence and character Encouraging physical activity and social development While soccer knowledge or playing experience is helpful , it is not necessary. We're looking for coaches who are great with kids, bring energy, and can create a positive experience each week. Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Reliable transportation (must be willing to travel 15-25 minutes between location sites) Strong communication and professionalism Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule Comfortable leading groups of young children independently Must pass a background check with the state of Florida and school board of Palm Beach County (paid for and provided by Soccer Shots)

Important:

This is not a "pick your own schedule" role, but we do work with a variety of coaches (students, part-time professionals, etc.) to build schedules that fit their availability. Once a schedule is set, consistency and reliability are essential , as families and children depend on seeing the same coach each week.
