Job Description
USA Ninja Challenge Bonita Springs is looking for an energetic and reliable Part-Time Instructor to lead fun and engaging ninja classes for children ages 4-17. Instructors help build confidence, strength, coordination, and character while providing a safe and positive environment for all students. Duties Lead and assist ninja classes for children. Teach obstacle course skills and basic fitness movements. Encourage and motivate students. Ensure a safe and positive class environment. Set up and put away equipment as needed. Communicate professionally with parents and staff. Help keep the gym clean and organized. Attend staff meetings and training sessions. Requirements Must enjoy working with children. Positive attitude and strong communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to be active and on your feet for extended periods. Experience in sports, fitness, gymnastics, cheer, parkour, martial arts, coaching, or working with children is preferred but not required. Must pass a background check. Must be available afternoons and/or Saturdays. Preferred Qualifications Coaching or teaching experience. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Passion for fitness and helping children succeed.
