Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging recreational gymnastics sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels Demonstrate proper techniques for gymnastics movements and safety procedures to participants Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, confidence, and enjoyment Monitor participants' progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement Enforce safety rules and behavior management strategies to ensure a secure environment for all attendees Collaborate with team members to organize special events, competitions, or themed activities Maintain equipment safety checks and ensure the cleanliness of the gym or activity space Requirements Prior experience in sports coaching, teaching physical education, or working with children in recreational settings Knowledge of gymnastics fundamentals and safety protocols Certifications or experience in Lifeguard training, Karate, Swimming, Martial arts, or other sports such as Basketball or Cheerleading is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage young participants Ability to manage behavior effectively and create an inclusive environment Experience with climbing activities or Judo is a plus but not required Passion for fitness, child development, and promoting healthy lifestyles Join us in creating a lively space where kids can thrive physically and socially!
