Our mission is to inspire kids and develop leaders within our community. Position Overview No advanced basketball experience is required — basic knowledge or even very little is perfectly fine. We provide all basketball-related materials, practice plans, and guidance before each practice , so you always feel prepared. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being around kids, wants to make a positive impact, and is willing to learn. Responsibilities Lead practices using pre-planned drills and activities Create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment Be a positive role model for young athletes Support player development and sportsmanship Ideal Candidate Enjoys working with children (ages 5-18) Willing to learn and follow structured practice plans Positive, patient, and energetic Responsible, reliable, and consistent Driven to grow within the organization and become a community leader What We Provide Full practice plans and training material Coaching guidance and ongoing mentorship Supportive team environment Opportunities to grow into leadership roles Why Join Us?
