• Optimum Beach | Clearwater, Florida Optimum Beach is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head Beach Volleyball Coach to join our growing organization.

We are looking for a coach who brings: High-level playing and/or coaching experience Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for athlete development Professionalism, reliability, and energy on the sand This is an excellent opportunity for a coach who thrives in a competitive training environment and wants to work with serious athletes ranging from developmental juniors to elite collegiate-bound players. Compensation $65

• 75 per 2-hour session (based on experience and qualifications) Additional paid opportunities through: Camps Clinics Private lessons Tournament coaching Schedule & Availability Candidates must be available for: After-school training hours Early morning sessions Weekend clinics/camps as needed Typical workload includes: Approximately 10-12 two-hour training sessions per week Seasonal camps and specialty clinics Preferred Qualifications Applicants should possess one or more of the following: NCAA beach volleyball playing or coaching experience Professional beach volleyball competition experience Extensive junior beach volleyball coaching experience Strong understanding of athlete development and beach volleyball systems Requirements Verifiable coaching and/or employment history Ability to lead groups independently Positive and professional communication with athletes and parents Strong organizational skills and punctuality Passion for mentoring young athletes Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Commands respect while creating a positive training culture Understands high-performance beach volleyball Can balance technical instruction, competitiveness, and mentorship Wants to grow within an established and respected beach volleyball organization To apply, please send via email to : Coaching resume Playing/coaching background References Availability Only experienced and qualified candidates will be considered.
