$58,000 through $80,000 based on years of experience. A stipend of $1500 and a bonus structure may be added to the contract, connected with improved graduation rates. An MA degree equals a $ 2,180 supplement.

Enterprise Charter High School:

Located in the Countryside area of Clearwater, has operated successfully since 2008. Small school environment focused on a dropout-prevention model, serving 400 students from 9th grade through age 22. Year-round school with staff having 4 weeks off during the summer months. We provide full benefits, including matching dollars for Roth accounts. We are not participants in the FRS Retirement System.

Job Purpose :

The Graduation Coach is responsible for maintaining and updating all data points related to the school's graduation rates. Graduation Coach will be a member of the Administrative Team and will report to the Principal. The Graduation Coach will model and enforce the School's policies and procedures. The Graduation Coach will take the lead on all planning and subsequent action steps related to our important goal of on-time graduation cohort rates. This position will take a lead on the 11th-grade population and work collaboratively with the 12th-grade graduation coach.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the School's Principal and Assistant Principal, and also may serve as Acting Administrator in their absence.
• Responsible for maintaining an Excel document, keeping track of all cohort members.
• Keeping track of all non-grads and drop-outs in the cohort to maintain an accurate denominator to ensure goal attainment.
• Monitor lack of achievement or lack of attendance for cohort students and intervene quickly to effect change.
• Attend any Graduation Cohort meetings with PCSB district personnel.
• Maintain data sheets to ensure cohort graduates participate in and take all the prep activities and participate in tests.
• Serve as the primary mentor for cohort students, to include building caring, supportive, professional relationships with students, in line with Enterprise's mission statement to reach the heart, educate the mind, and graduate the whole student.
• Conduct regular data chats to monitor progress towards graduation.
• Assist the leadership team with testing windows.
• Assist with monthly senior seminars, if applicable.
• Assist with crisis intervention as needed.
• Will take a lead in the mentoring program.
• Any other duties or assignments are determined necessary by the Leadership Team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• FL Certification in School Counseling (preferred but not required)
• Educational Leadership experience or willing to be a part of the Administrative Team.
• Experience working with challenging populations.
• Experience communicating with diverse populations.

Pay:

$58,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
