  • Part-time, Contract Job Overview We are seeking dynamic and caring Youth Sports Coaches and Referees to join our team.
This role is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our young athletes aged 7-16 while facilitating success during gamedays. As a Youth Sports Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and adolescents while they learn fundamentals and sportsmanship playing recreational youth sports. Responsibilities
  • Implement recreational volleyball programs for children and adolescents on gameday
  • Supervise and mentor youth players in recreational volleyball
  • Teach and promote sports fundamentals and sportsmanship
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a fun and safe environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and volunteer coaches Qualifications
  • Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents of various ages and skill levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances on gameday
  • Playing or coaching experience in volleyball and/or other sports Skills
  • General knowledge of recreational volleyball
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
