Assistant Football Coaches - All Position Groups (Part-Time)

Part-Time / Volunteer (Morning Hours) Job Summary Daytona Beach Christian University is seeking multiple part-time volunteer Assistant Football Coaches to fill openings across all position groups (Offense, Defense, and Special Teams).. These roles focus on positional development during morning practices and strategic execution on game days. This is an excellent entry-level or transition opportunity that could lead to a future paid position as the program expands. Ideal candidates will possess a passion for football and a commitment to mentoring student-athletes athletically and spiritually.
Key Responsibilities Position Coaching:
Lead daily individual drills and scheme implementation for your assigned position group.
Practice Execution:
Direct focused, high-energy instruction during morning practice sessions.
Game Planning:
Analyze film and collaborate with coordinators to build weekly position-specific game plans.
Mentorship:
Actively foster the spiritual growth, academic progress, and character development of your players.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience playing or coaching specific position groups at the high school or college level.
Faith:
Active commitment to the Christian mission and values of DBCU.
Schedule:
