Cheerleading Teaching Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Ninja Zone & Gymnastics Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, a background in sports management or physical education (PE), and a commitment to fostering a positive and encouraging environment. Experience in gymnastics, parkour, martial arts or tumbling is recommended but not required. If you are enthusiastic about helping kids build confidence and develop their athletic skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and instruct classes for children, ensuring safety and engagement at all times. Following & adjusting class plans that promote physical fitness, motor skills, and teamwork. Create a positive and supportive environment for students to learn and grow. Provide clear and effective communication with students, parents, and team members. Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring all equipment is safe and appropriate for use. Evaluate student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs. Assist in maintaining a fun, energetic atmosphere while adhering to all safety protocols.

Requirements:

Proven experience working with children in a coaching or teaching role. Background in sports management, physical education, or related fields. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with kids of varying ages. Ability to manage a class setting with patience, organization, and enthusiasm. Flexibility to adapt lessons based on student abilities and progress.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in gymnastics, parkour, tumbling, or martial arts. Familiarity with creating structured lesson plans and ensuring consistent student development. Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
