Job Description

Overview We are seeking a passionate Swim Instructor to join our team and provide exceptional swimming instruction to individuals of all ages. If you have a background in caregiving, babysitting, sports coaching, or physical education, and enjoy uplifting and motivating children, this role is perfect for you. Personality and character are the most valuable traits we will be looking out for. Responsibilities
  • Conduct swim lessons for students at various skill levels and ages
  • Implement engaging lesson plans to help students learn survival skills and improve their swimming techniques
  • Provide feedback and encouragement to students to enhance their learning experience
  • Ensure the safety of all individuals in the swimming area
  • Maintain clear and profession communication with coaches/ parents Requirements
  • Previous experience working with children in a coaching or educational setting
  • Proficiency in all 4 strokes is a plus
  • Ability to commute to different clients in the area
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and patience when working with individuals of different ages and skill levels
  • Knowledge of childcare practices is a plus
