Through basketball, baseball, and adaptive sports programming, we create opportunities for every athlete to succeed on and off the field. Position Overview We are seeking energetic, patient, and reliable coaches who are passionate about working with children. Coaches will lead small-group sports sessions focused on skill development, teamwork, confidence building, and positive reinforcement. No prior coaching experience is required—we provide training. Experience working with children, education, special needs, ABA, therapy, youth sports, or recreation is a plus. Responsibilities Lead engaging basketball, baseball, and adaptive sports activities Create a positive and inclusive environment for athletes Encourage participation and celebrate individual successes Communicate professionally with parents and staff Set up and break down equipment before and after sessions Ensure athlete safety at all times Serve as a positive role model for participants Qualifications ✅ Enjoy working with children ✅ Positive attitude and strong communication skills ✅ Reliable transportation ✅ Ability to pass a background check ✅ Comfortable being active outdoors and indoors Preferred Experience Youth sports coaching Teaching or education Special education ABA therapy RBT certification Recreation programs Camp counseling Childcare experience What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Uniform Paid training Growth opportunities Meaningful work making a difference in children's lives Supportive team environment Schedule Weekday afternoons and evenings Saturday morning opportunities Part-time hours available
