The ideal candidate has a passion for educating, motivating, mentoring, and coaching Future Skincare Professionals. The primary responsibility of the instructor is to manage and lead their students to graduation through a positive classroom environment. Duties & Responsibilities Perform an active lesson and lecture, encourage student learning, participation, and engagementGrade and review assignments, quizzes, & examsPerform effective classroom management and ensure student compliance with school rules and regulationsComply with all safety policies, practices and proceduresPassing grades on State Board/Licensure examinations and student licensure ratesRetention rates and student satisfactionComplete other assigned duties, as needed.
