• Part-Time / Contract ## Job Overview The Jacksonville Juggernauts are seeking a passionate, motivated, and experienced Basketball Coach to help lead and develop our professional men's basketball team. We are looking for a strong leader who values discipline, player development, teamwork, and community involvement. ## Responsibilities
• Lead team practices, workouts, and game preparation
• Develop offensive and defensive strategies
• Build positive relationships with players and staff
• Promote professionalism, accountability, and team culture
• Assist with recruiting and player evaluations
• Represent the organization positively within the community ## Qualifications
• Previous basketball coaching experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of player development and game strategy
• Ability to motivate and manage athletes
