What You'll Actually Do You will be leading high-energy fitness and gymnastics classes for kids (babies to elementary age), hosting weekend parties, and being the literal life of the party. This job is highly physical—you will be running, lifting, throwing, and moving constantly. Think of it as getting paid to stay in peak shape. Because our kids and parents trust us completely, a massive part of the gig is maintaining a spotless, safe facility. Yes, that means cleaning is a daily, non-negotiable team effort. You have availability for 30+ hours per week, including essential weekend party shifts. The Perks Pay starts at $17 per hour, with our fully trained coaches averaging $21 to $23 per hour.
