Varsity Girls Basketball Head Coach

The Covenant School of Jacksonville is a classical Christian school in Northeast Florida committed to equipping students with knowledge, wisdom, virtue, and joy. We're a small, tight-knit community that values energy, excellence, and strong relationships—both on and off the court. We're looking for a faith-based, high-energy Girls Basketball coach who can lead, inspire, and build something special with our student athletes. This is more than just running practices about developing players, shaping culture, and pouring into students' lives.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and develop the Basketball program with a focus on growth and competition
• Plan and run engaging, structured high level practices
• Develop athletes of all skill levels
• Track player development and provide feedback
• Communicate consistently with parents about progress and expectations
• Help build a positive, competitive, Christ-centered team culture

What We're Looking For:

• Prior Basketball or coaching experience (Varsity High school level, Collegiate level or higher)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to connect with and motivate student-athletes
• Alignment with the mission and values of a Christian school
• Someone who brings energy, accountability, and passion every day
