Our Men's Program has a long tradition of success, producing State, Regional, Eastern, and National Championship qualifiers and champions. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and knowledgeable Men's Gymnastics Team Coach to join our staff and help continue the growth and success of our competitive men's program. This position is ideal for a coach who is passionate about athlete development, technical excellence, and creating a positive team culture. Responsibilities Coach competitive men's gymnastics athletes from Development Program Levels 3-10. Plan and lead daily training sessions focused on skill development, strength, flexibility, and athlete progression. Coach all six men's events: Floor Exercise, Pommel Horse, Still Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar. Ensure athlete safety through proper spotting techniques and adherence to gym safety policies. Assist athletes in setting and achieving individual and team goals. Prepare athletes for local, state, regional, and national competitions. Attend competitions, camps, clinics, and team events as assigned. Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow staff members. Help maintain a positive, professional, and supportive training environment. Assist with athlete evaluations, training plans, and program development. Support recruiting and retention efforts for the men's program. Qualifications Previous gymnastics coaching experience required. Men's Artistic Gymnastics coaching experience preferred. Strong understanding of gymnastics skill progressions and athlete development. Ability to safely spot and coach athletes of varying ages and skill levels. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends. Current USA Gymnastics Professional Membership, SafeSport Certification, and CPR/First Aid Certification preferred (or ability to obtain). Preferred Experience Experience coaching competitive men's gymnastics athletes. Experience working with optional-level athletes. Knowledge of USA Gymnastics Men's Development Program requirements.
