Job Description
Job Overview ADE Athletics is seeking an experienced and energetic Cheerleading Tumbling Coach to join our coaching staff. We are looking for a positive role model who is passionate about athlete development, safety, and helping athletes achieve their tumbling goals. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact while honing your coaching skills in a vibrant, supportive setting. Responsibilities Lead and instruct tumbling classes for children and youth, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times Develop customized training plans that cater to different skill levels and age groups Spot athletes appropriately and confidently through Levels 1-6 skills. Foster a fun, inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and personal growth Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement Enforce safety protocols and maintain equipment integrity during all activities Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff. Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement strategies to keep students engaged and motivated Requirements Previous cheerleading, gymnastics, or tumbling coaching experience required. Must be knowledgeable in and able to safely coach and spot Levels 1-6 tumbling skills . Strong understanding of proper progressions and athlete safety. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented. Preferred Experience All Star Cheerleading coaching experience. Experience working with athletes of various ages and skill levels. Background in competitive cheerleading, gymnastics, or tumbling instruction. Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
