Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Recreational Gymnastics Coach and inspire children and youth to develop their athletic skills, confidence, and love for physical activity! In this energetic role, you will lead engaging gymnastics classes, foster a positive environment for skill development, and promote healthy lifestyles through fun and safe activities. Your enthusiasm and expertise will motivate participants to reach new heights while ensuring their safety and enjoyment every step of the way. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging recreational gymnastics classes tailored to various age groups and skill levels Demonstrate proper techniques for basic gymnastics movements, flips, rolls, and balance exercises Monitor participants' progress, provide constructive feedback, and encourage continuous improvement Enforce safety protocols and ensure all equipment is used correctly to prevent injuries Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence Collaborate with other fitness instructors or coaches to organize special events or themed activity days Maintain accurate attendance records and communicate with parents or guardians regarding participant progress Qualifications Prior experience in sports coaching, teaching, or working with children in a recreational setting Knowledge of gymnastics fundamentals and safety standards Strong behavior management skills with the ability to motivate young participants Background in childcare or working with students in health clubs or gyms preferred Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Join us to make a lasting impact on young athletes' lives by fostering their love for gymnastics while promoting health, safety, and fun!
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
