Gymnastics Coach

Join us and make a difference in children's lives everyday! We are looking for someone to be an important part of our growth. You will be having a positive impact on the children in your community. If you have no experience, You will start as an Assistant Coach working directly with the Lead Gymnastics Coach . The goal will be to expand your coaching experience and grow into a Lead Coach and hopefully, Program Lead.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide gymnastics coaching to students of various ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve gymnastics skills and techniques
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow
  • Conduct warm-up exercises, stretching routines, and conditioning drills
  • Demonstrate proper form and technique for gymnastics movements
  • Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement
  • Plan and organize gymnastics performances
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to ensure a cohesive training program
  • Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and organized gymnasium
Requirements:
  • Previous or related disciplines such as cheerleading or physical education
  • Knowledge of gymnastics, and safety guidelines
  • Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff members
  • Supervise, and train Assistant Coaches
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students
  • CPR/AED certification preferred
  • Experience working with children or in childcare settings is highly desirable
  • Ability to climb, swim, and perform physical activities associated with gymnastics coaching We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about gymnastics and have a desire to help students achieve their goals.
