Swim Instructor

We're looking for an energetic individual to fill our Swim Instructor position. This position requires someone who enjoys working with children of ages 6 months and older, and is willing to go above and beyond to help our swimmers learn and progress through our teaching curriculum.

Qualifications:

• 18 years and older
• knowledge of multiple Swim strokes

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Instructs swimming lessons based on Floatz swim curriculum
• Capable of teaching Group, Semi-Private, and Private Swim Lessons
• Capable of evaluating swimmer's progress
• Creates an educational, safe and inviting experience for all participants
• Initiates, develops and maintains positive relationships with customers
• Quickly, efficiently and professionally responds to customer questions, comments and concerns
• Provides a safe, clean and organized pool area
• Maintains order and safety in and around swimming areas, and assists in enforcing rules, procedures and policies

Certifications:

• Red Cross CPR/AED Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and other

• $30/hour
