At XL SoccerIQ, we're looking for individuals who are passionate about the game of soccer and driven by the opportunity to make a lasting impact on athletes. Whether your background comes from coaching, competitive play, or a combination of both, we value people who bring energy, leadership, and a genuine commitment to player development. As a Soccer Performance Coach, you will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging training experience for athletes of all ages and skill levels. You'll work hands-on with players in a unique environment that combines technical skill development, cognitive training, reaction-based technology, and performance coaching to help athletes become smarter, faster, and more confident on the field. This position is ideal for someone who understands that great coaching goes beyond teaching soccer skills. We are seeking mentors who can build relationships, inspire confidence, foster a growth mindset, and create an environment where athletes are motivated to challenge themselves and improve every day. The ideal candidate has experience as a soccer coach, player, or both, and possesses a strong understanding of the game, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.
