Qualifications Previous swim coaching experience or high-level competitive swimming experience required College swimming experience preferred Strong understanding of: Stroke technique Race strategy Training fundamentals Athlete development Ability to run structured, organized, high-energy practices Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to maintain discipline, accountability, and team culture Responsibilities Lead senior-level group practices Teach race fundamentals and technical skills Develop athletes physically and mentally Help create a competitive, positive team culture Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and coaching staff Assist with meets, team events, and athlete progression Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Loves the sport of swimming Can connect with high school athletes Holds athletes accountable while building confidence Understands both technique and culture Wants to help build a championship-level program
