Duties Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate sports activities including basketball, cheerleading, climbing, martial arts such as Karate and Judo, swimming, and other physical education programs Teach fundamental sports skills while emphasizing teamwork, sportsmanship, and safety protocols Manage behavior effectively to create an inclusive and respectful environment for all children Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times by supervising activities closely and responding promptly to emergencies or incidents Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress and address any concerns Requirements Prior experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education, especially with children or youth groups Knowledge of various sports desired Strong background in childcare or working with students to foster a supportive learning environment Skills in behavior management to motivate children positively and handle challenging situations effectively Ability to demonstrate sports techniques such as karate or judo if applicable Experience working at health clubs or gyms with youth programming is advantageous Passion for promoting physical activity through engaging coaching methods Join us in shaping confident, active young individuals by combining your coaching talents with your love for sports!
