The Lead Coach will be responsible for running drills, teaching fundamentals, maintaining structure, motivating athletes, and helping create a safe, professional, and exciting camp environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sports background, leadership ability, and experience working with youth in a team, camp, or training environment.
