RFS Coach Opportunity Part-Time CrossFit Coach RFS | Sarasota, FL Real Fitness Sarasota is looking for a coach who wants to do more than just count reps and run a clock. We're a community-focused CrossFit, HYROX and Personal Training gym that believes great coaching changes lives. We're looking for a coach who is passionate about helping people build confidence, improve their health, and become the best version of themselves. What We're Looking For You might be a great fit if you: Have CrossFit Level 1 (or are willing to obtain it) Enjoy building relationships with members Are dependable and professional Communicate well with athletes of all skill levels Love learning and improving your coaching skills Can create a welcoming environment for beginners Are interested in long-term growth opportunities within a gym Responsibilities Coach CrossFit group classes Provide movement modifications and scaling options Support member goal achievement Help create a positive gym culture Participate in coach development and continuing education Assist with community events and gym initiatives Bonus Qualifications Nutrition coaching experience Personal training experience HYROX interest or experience Youth fitness experience Social media/content creation skills Hours Starting with approximately: 5-10 coaching hours per week Additional opportunities available as the role grows Growth Opportunities We are actively building leadership pathways within our team.
