Soccer Full Job Description Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement soccer training programs for various age groups and skill levels
  • Plan and conduct practice sessions to improve players' technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness
  • Teach players the rules and strategies of soccer
  • Evaluate players' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
  • Organize and supervise team practices, games, and tournaments
  • Foster a positive and supportive team environment
  • Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaches
Qualifications:
  • Easy commute to South Miami area. Practices & games take place in Coral Gables, Sunset and Pinecrest
  • Previous experience as a soccer coach or player is mandatory
  • Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on, enthusiastic and proactive. Ability to motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
  • Strong organizational skills to plan and schedule practices, games, and tournaments
  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
  • Experience working with students or young athletes is beneficial in understanding their needs and providing appropriate guidance Candidates with cars preferred, but all may apply.
Applicants must be available to work part-time for a minimum period of 3 consecutive months. Please note that this job description is not exhaustive. Additional responsibilities, qualifications, and skills may be required based on the specific needs of the soccer program.
