Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Youth Soccer Instructor to inspire and develop young athletes through engaging soccer programs. In this role, you will lead youth soccer sessions, fostering a fun, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, skill development, and a lifelong love for sports. Your enthusiasm and expertise will motivate children to achieve their personal best while learning important values such as sportsmanship and discipline. Duties Plan and deliver dynamic youth soccer training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels Teach fundamental soccer techniques, rules, and strategies in an engaging manner Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior among participants Ensure the safety of all children during activities by enforcing proper behavior management and safety protocols Organize fun games, drills, and competitions that enhance skill development and confidence Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and participation Maintain equipment, field setup, and cleanliness to ensure a safe playing environment Qualifications Prior experience in sports coaching, teaching physical education, or working with children in recreational settings Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and training methods suitable for youth development Lifeguard experience or certifications are a plus, demonstrating strong safety awareness Background in martial arts such as Karate, Judo, or Cheerleading is beneficial for discipline training Experience with swimming or climbing activities can enhance versatility in program offerings Strong skills in behavior management to foster a respectful and inclusive environment Enthusiastic attitude with excellent communication skills to motivate young learners and collaborate with team members Join us to inspire the next generation of athletes!
