This role leads programming across brain, physical, and character development for kids ages 4-11 . What Great Looks Like (Hiring Standard) We hire for behavior, not just experience. •Professional•Shows up prepared, communicates clearly, handles parents with confidence Strong Operator (Time Management) Runs schedule on time, transitions efficiently, executes without reminders Calm Under Chaos Controls a room of 20-30 kids, de-escalates issues, adapts quickly High Energy + Presence Engaging, confident, leads from the front Kid-First Mindset Builds rapport, makes kids feel safe, seen, and successful Core Responsibilities Programming & Coaching Deliver HQ camp curriculum Lead groups of 15-20 campers Maintain high-energy, structured environment Operations & Safety Run camp on schedule (non-negotiable) Execute check-in and track attendance Ensure 100% supervision and safety at all times Communicate with parents professionally Facility & Standards Maintain cleanliness (floors, lobby, bathrooms) Complete end-of-day reset (trash, sanitize, equipment) Team & Communication Active on Slack Complete all required training + certifications Attend required staff meetings Staffing & Execution Standards 1:10 coach-to-camper ratio If
