This is a paid position for adults ages 18 and up. It requires working 3-5 hours on Saturdays. All shifts are on Saturdays only, and we can schedule around any Saturdays you are not available.

QUALIFICATIONS

This position is responsible for the integral part of monitoring sports activity, making sure all rules are followed and the game is played fairly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Enforce the rules of the game Ensure programs start on time Ensure safety Assist with set-up/clean-up of the court and help the team with other sports set-up/clean-up Attend all staff meetings and training as required Understand and enforce the i9 Sports rules books ensuring a fun, learning, and safety for all players Teach and demonstrate core concepts including sportsmanship values Manage an age-appropriate level of instruction and competition Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

18+ years old with some experience working with school-age children Cleared criminal history and fingerprint check Experience in coaching and playing Volleyball Have transportation to and from the location Ability to work a varied work Saturdays (for the full duration of the season, ~7 weeks)
